- One meat item: fully pastured, antibiotic and hormone-free, averaging 1lb per package
- Examples: smoked bacon, chicken breasts, pork chops, ground beef, beef or ham steaks
- One cheese item: made with milk from fully-pastured, antibiotic and hormone-free animals, and averaging 8oz per piece (some artisan varieties may be less than 8oz)
- Examples: cave aged cheddar, havarti, lanchego, baby swiss, mozzarella, raw aged sheep feta
- One pantry item: locally made pantry item made with chemical-free non-GMO produce
