Turkeys

Our turkeys are raised on pasture at three of our farms in Lancaster County. Our farmers strive to give their birds a happy and healthy life, in which they roam freely and eat insects and grass. Our flocks are made up of less than 800 birds, compared to the over 10,000 you may find at a factory farm! This level of care comes through in the high quality and rich flavor of the turkey.

Turkeys will be delivered to pick-up locations the week of Thanksgiving, ahead of the holiday. Thursday and Saturday CSA pickups the week of Thanksgiving will be rescheduled to Monday 11/25, Tuesday 11/26, or Wednesday 11/27. You will be notified by email of your delivery date.
